NASKA RULES will be used in all BLACK BELT and UNDER BLACK BELT divisions.
PLEASE NOTE:
For the Diamond Nationals tournament, we REQUIRE
- Youth (4-17):
Headgear, Face shield, Chest pad, Elbow pads, Shin pads, hand pads, foot pads, mouthguard
- Adults (18+):
Headgear, Elbow pads, Shin pads,
hand pads, foot pads, mouthguard
(Face shield and chest pad OPTIONAL)
